ECOCAPITAL PRIME FUND 

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the shareholders of  EcoCapital Prime Fund will be held virtually via zoom on Friday November 27,  2020 at 3:00pm. All members are entreated to join the zoom meeting with the  Zoom ID: 878 5447 2129 and Password: 656 973. Alternatively, provision has  been made for some persons to join the meeting in person at the premises of  EcoCapital Investment Management Limited, East Legon, Accra. 

AGENDA 

1. Receive and accept report from the Fund Manager for the period ending  31st December 2019 
2. Receive and accept reports from the Custodian for the period ending 31st December 2019 
3. Receive and accept the audited financial statement of the fund for the  period ending 31st December 2019 
4. Any other business. 

Note 

• In compliance with the current restrictions on public gatherings in force pursuant to the  imposition of Restrictions Act 2020 (Act 1012) and consequent Regulatory Directives,  attendance and participation by all members and/or their proxies in this year’s Annual  General Meeting of the fund shall be strictly virtual (i.e. by online participation) 
• A copy of the proxy Form can be found in the Shareholders’ pack which will be sent to all  shareholders from invest@ecocapinvestment.com. 
• Accessing the meeting and voting shall be contained in the shareholders’ pack.
