Priscilla is the Head of Human Resource and Coordinator of Cooperate Events at EcoCapital. Her role at the firm spans across ensuring an effective people strategy, and a synergistic team work to support the achievement of the firm’s overall corporate vision. She has over 5years of experience in Human Resource Management.
Priscilla is recognized for her skills in team building, people management, partnership development, special events and negotiations. She is desirous about improving marketing outcomes and pursuing equal opportunities for vulnerable groups.
Prior to this role, Priscilla worked as Human Resource Officer at the La Nkwantanang Municipal Assembly where she demonstrated high level leadership and support in the delivery of profit-oriented HR advice and services.
Priscilla is an alumna of the central University College where she took a course of study in the Bachelor of Science degree program in Human Resource. She also holds certificates in Strategic Human Resource Management and also labour law and application, and currently a member of the association of certified HRs.
Priscilla also holds a certificate in Public Speaking & Networking and presently pursuing the required program to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
